You need to set up a filter with whatever search conditions you want (to, from, contains, etc) and then when it asks what you want to do to said message, apply whatever label you want and archive it. It's probably logged somewhere by Google, but chances of them giving it to you are slim I would imagine. I'm in a similar situation myself whereby my account keeps getting hijacked, but I've no way of proving who I think it is.
