		<description>AOL is allowing someone who has my checking information to use it to pay for their service.  I tried contacting them several times about this issue and since I am not the one with the account they won't do anything but in the meantime they are taking my money out of my account. I want to know what action I can take against them to get all the money back they took without my authorization.</description>
