ResultR is a neat script that allows you to bring dozens of search results from your favorite sites into one. Don't be fooled by the cliché web2.0 "r" at the end of their logo, this is a brilliant idea.

You choose the websites you want to search and save those choices, thus creating your own "search engine". This comes in handy when you want to search a site with a weak search algorithm like Digg. I often find myself using Google to search Digg instead. ResultR has a variety of categories to choose from which include:

  • News
  • Social Info
  • Media
  • Local
  • Blogs
  • Jobs
  • Reference
  • Shopping

You can create and save your engines into a FireFox extension - all this without registering. It saves all the needed information in a cookie. The website was built by Jay and Mark; two high school kids who call themselves "The Web2.0 Kids". It started out as a high school project, but now has a lot of potential.
