FYE Bait And Switching The Wii

A local FYE store is attempting to bait and switch the upcoming release of the Nintendo Wii. In June a pre-order was placed for a Wii "“ the core console. In November the person who placed the pre-order got a call saying his Wii would be available, however in a bundle package for $400. FYE claims he has to buy two games along with his console. That wouldn't even be an issue; however they didn't have any games people would want. Zelda being the most popular "won't be available on release day" said the manager at FYE.
Along with Wii issues, there are some PS3 woes as well. They have a banner over their store that says "Playstation 3", yet when confronted, a store employee informed me they would be getting zero PS3s. When asked why they have a banner over their store, she said she had no idea. I would guess the employees have bought them all.
If you've never actually been to an FYE, you don't want to start now. It's a highly overpriced music store. CDs are as much as $18 dollars there, when on iTunes or any other music store you can get it for half that.
