WikipediaWikipedia has released an offline CD of 2,500 handpicked entries that are geared towards kids in school. 549 of them alone are on capitals, and countries. The science section is by far best covering a lot of basic things you learn in high school and grade school. Things such as the big bang and DNA are included. Even weird topics such as diarrhea which apparently "can be a symptom of injury, disease, allergy, food intolerance ( fructose, lactose), food borne illness or extreme excess of Vitamin C and is usually accompanied by abdominal pain, and often nausea and vomiting."

The articles themselves look like standard wiki entries, even including images. There is no search feature built into the html which is a little disappointing. Only thing you can do is use Control + F. If you have extremely slow internet or are on a laptop traveling, this could come in very handy. The download is only 175 MB, and extracted is 217 MB.

Download the torrent of the zip achieve.

I want to choose and order Wikipedia Articles according to my own Categories? Is it possible? If so is it legal?

You want to choose the order of articles on the C.D? It’s definitely legal, but you’d need a script or something to do it.
