I do have both consoles Xbox and PS3 but not, I like playing Xbox 360, yes its tree that xbox 360 has lot of problems like red ring of death, e74,e75 error but you can easily fix it up.

There are tons of guides available on internet some of them are free and pretty useful.
Last time when I got red ring of death I had used

And was able to fix on my on in 3 hours.

I got my Xbox 360 in December of 2007. I only play on the weekends (except during the summer) and when I play, I play for only an hour and then I let it rest. I usually do not start playing again until 30 minutes or more of letting it cool down. With this playing schedule, is there a chance that I will get the infamous Red Ring of Death?

Just a note to anyone out there that has the misfortune to have a 360 they didn't purchase!!! If you own a 360 and you get the "RED RING of DEATH" syndrome, BE CAREFUL!!! Microsoft our VERY CHOOsy just who they'll repair for under warranty....
Basically, if you have had your 360 handed down or given by a family member, for instance then they will NOT repair it under warranty. I was given one by my cousin, as a thank you for a big favour, (he and his flatmate had one each and didn't need two). unfortunately they had registered them both and subsequently when I filled in the register online to get it repaired (still weel under the length of warranty term) the system asked me to phone up as there was an "issue". After a very long call through an extremely poor connection to someone with a foreign accent, I was told they would repair it but only at a cost to me!!!
I argued that as a large percentage of 360's are probably bought by persons to be given as presents then in fact, most owners were NOT the original purchasers, their criteria for doing warranty work! they could not answer this. My main point is though, that as Microsoft are fully aware of the Fault their machine has and have in fact extended their warranty to accomodate this, what difference does it make if the request for repair under warranty comes from the purchaser, owner, 2nd, 3rd or tenth owner, as log as the warranty is still in date! If you bought a second hand car which developed a fault but it was still within the manufacturers warranty, it would be repaired without question. Why is this not so with the 360????
